Staying Ahead Series

Shell V-Power premium fuel defends an engine against gunk and corrosion. A new global campaign was being created for the fuel with the overall positioning of 'Stay ahead of threats to engine performance'. While the TVC used a metaphorical threat, realism was needed for online content. It was an opportunity to go beyond the functional benefits of the product and connect with motorists with more compelling, emotional content. iris launched a series of films called The Staying Ahead Series.

The films follow the lives of some of the world’s most exciting drivers and the daily threats they face. Where staying ahead of threats to performance makes the difference between life and death. Each story gave a glimpse into a real, adrenaline-fueled world where the ability to perform under pressure requires a fuel that can do the same, demonstrating Shell V-Power makes the difference when performance matters.
