As Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) at Iris you are a trusted owner of client projects and relationships for some of our international key accounts. Your focus will be on developing long - term proactive customer relationships that drive client businesses forward.

You are the first customer contact on a diverse range of digital and classic projects and campaigns. You will develop a deep understanding of your client, their products, marketing activities, competition and industry. Using your analytical mindset, you develop insightful client briefs together with the Account Director. Alongside the junior team, you own and manage these projects end-to-end according to our Iris agency processes: f rom analysis t o strategy development, execution of creative concepts and tactics, and campaign measurement according to set goals and objectives (e.g. cost, quality, and time). You love to work closely with an inspired creative team and focus on maintaining a constructive relationship with all internal departments as a true team player and collaborator.

What we’re looking for:

  • Analytical thinker with positive can -do-attitude
  • Swift developer of deep and strong client relationships who provides excellent customer service
  • Outstanding project manager and organizer with strong experience in managing both digital and classic campaigns and projects from briefing over strategy to creative process and delivery
  • An eagle eye for detail to consistently ensure top-notch quality output
  • Effective and efficient communicator who is experienced in presenting in front of clients
  • Strategic advisor with a solution-orientated focus including sales negotiations and recommendation of strategies and ideas to the customer

Your background:

  • Business or economics degree with focus on marketing
  • At least 5 years of work experience in an agency, preferably in an international work environment
  • Proven record in independently leading digital and classic campaigns and projects with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Experience with agency project management processes, software and tools
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (e.g. PPT, Excel)
  • Experience in Marketing automation, CRM and eCommerce are a plus
