Mike joined Iris in 2022 and brings 20+ years of experience in advertising, developing integrated marketing campaigns for global brands. He is a strategic, creative thinker who builds dynamic client relationships and has a focused growth mindset. He combines client service, strategic marketing, and strong creative partnerships to help solve global business challenges in meaningful ways. Mike has partnered with clients at some of the world’s most recognizable brands including PayPal, Ripple, Microsoft, Levi’s, Logitech, Sony, Starbucks and HOKA.
Ric became Head of Strategy for Iris San Francisco in 2021 having led and grown strategy teams on both sides of the Atlantic. As a multiple IPA Effectiveness Award winner, he strongly believes that great creative is effective creative and has brought that thinking to bear on clients as diverse as Coca-Cola, the UK Government, LinkedIn, LVMH, News International, Ripple, Nike and PayPal.
A proud Australian, Matt is Creative Director of Iris San Francisco leading flagship clients Ripple, PayPal, and The Museum of Pop Culture. Previously Creative Director at Iris London, he created global work for Pizza Hut, Delta Airlines, Alcon Vision, and the ground-breaking ‘What’s Your Name?’ campaign for Starbucks. A writer at heart, he has won over 80 international awards at major shows including Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, New York Festivals, and Design Week, as well as being shortlisted for the Winston Fletcher Prize for Fiction.
