Mike joined Iris in 2022 and brings 20+ years of experience in advertising, developing integrated marketing campaigns for global brands. He is a strategic, creative thinker who builds dynamic client relationships and has a focused growth mindset. He combines client service, strategic marketing, and strong creative partnerships to help solve global business challenges in meaningful ways. Mike has partnered with clients at some of the world’s most recognizable brands including PayPal, Ripple, Microsoft, Levi’s, Logitech, Sony, Starbucks and HOKA.
Ric became Head of Strategy for Iris San Francisco in 2021 having led and grown strategy teams on both sides of the Atlantic. As a multiple IPA Effectiveness Award winner, he strongly believes that great creative is effective creative and has brought that thinking to bear on clients as diverse as Coca-Cola, the UK Government, LinkedIn, LVMH, News International, Ripple, Nike and PayPal.
Originally from Australia, Matt joined Iris San Francisco as Co-Creative Director in 2021, where he jointly leads all the agency’s accounts including PayPal, Plume, and Rakuten. Prior to this he was Creative Director at Iris London, working on a diverse set of brands including the global accounts for Alcon, Delta, Pizza Hut, and was part of creating the highly-awarded Starbucks ‘ What’s Your name?’ campaign. His work has been awarded at D&AD, Eurobest, Clio, New York Festivals, Creative Circle, and Design Week, as well as being shortlisted for the Winston Fletcher Prize for Fiction.
