We’re proud to announce that not one, but two groundbreaking Iris women have been selected as honourees for Campaign's 2021 Female Frontier Awards. 

Strategist Connie Marshall has been selected for the 'Rising to the top: Creative' category for the industry's rising stars who have shown great promise in their first five years.

Associate Creative Director Elinor Vasiliou has been selected for the 'Conquering Creativity' category for women who are leading the charge in creative excellence. Eli has also been selected to be part of the jury for the 2021 D&AD awards.
