Driving an increased number of course sign-ups

In 2015, we inherited an unloved account with lots of opportunities. The site had a low conversion rate, visibility was in decline, `content was underdeveloped, the brand looked out of date and competition was increasing.

With some significant targets to hit, we realized we would need a multi-layered strategy to drive success.

In the short term, we worked on their Google PPC account, adding ad extensions and reviews to ads, making messaging more emotional, tweaking bids and optimizing keywords as well as launching a remarketing campaign.

We also set up new paid media campaigns including gmail ads, Facebook ads and prospecting display.

We then began extensive landing page testing, with such impressive results that we were soon asked to completely rebuild the site. With a conversion rate and SEO focus, we rebuilt a site which generated a significant uplift in sign-ups.
