Claire Humphris
London CEO

Iris co-founder & employee No1. Claire leads the 400-strong Iris London office, overseeing new business activity, existing clients and operations. Outside of Iris, Claire runs around after her two little boys.

Amy Bryson
Chief Marketing Officer

Amy has spent 12 years leading some of our biggest accounts, including Starbucks, Suzuki, MINI and Philips. She is now the CMO of Iris London, focussing on our growth agenda and our mission to drive progress for our clients and the wider world. She also runs the Iris Climate Council.

Ian Bradbury
Chief Client Officer

Ian joined Iris in 2005. An experienced leader who had partnered with many of our clients across different sectors including restaurants, finance, food & drink and FMCG.

Louis Balogun
Chief Operating Officer

Louis is our Operational Lead, managing the day-to-day running of the agency, he is responsible for the effective running of our creative, studio and production departments. Louis is also the head of our DE&I taskforce, ensuring we have a diverse, fair and equitable environment for all.

Anthony Abrahams
Managing Director

Since joining the Samsung account in 2014, Anthony has driven the growth of the agency’s largest global client and now also looks after all technology clients within London. His success in building and motivating high performing teams is rooted in efficiency, productivity and accountability.

Ben Essen
Global Chief Strategy Officer

Passionate about building progressive brands and businesses, Ben is responsible for bringing together the diverse skills of over 100 creative, commercial and specialist strategists around the Iris network into one world-class strategy unit.

Harriet Shurville
Chief People Officer

Harriet’s role focuses on creating a progressive and forward-thinking people strategy, through our ‘For the forward’ proposition, to ensure best in class talent attraction and retention.

James Kilkenny
Global Commercial Director

James joined in 2014, he has done a number of roles in our finance department and is currently looking after the commercial performance and financial planning of our European agencies.

Grant Hunter
Global Executive Creative Director

Grant is Iris' Global ECD based in London. During his time at Iris Grant has been the regional ECD for APAC and has led award-winning work for Iris' global clients including the London 2012 Mascots, Johnnie Walker, Adidas, Samsung and Starbucks. He's also the co-author of Newsjacking.

Shaun McIlrath is our Global Chief Creative Officer. Ranked in the world’s Top 10 Most Creative People in Advertising by Business Insider, he leads Iris’ creative output from London, across the local and global client base.

Chris Whitson
Global Head of Strategy

Chris leads the strategy team across the Iris network with nearly 25 years of experience. He is a true integrated strategist, passionate about helping brands put experience, purpose and participation at the heart of the business to create long lasting, commercially successful relationships between brands and their customers.
