We live by participation across 14 offices. From amazing ideas to cut through insights, when people across our network find what they can change and make it happen, we come into our own.
In 2020 we set a global DE&I strategy 'For the free' with important targets to drive progress for racial and gender parity. We want to embody the diverse world we represent through our creativity.
Progress means creating an environment where we are all free to be ourselves and have the same opportunity to move forward. And because actions speak louder than words, we've created Forward Recruitment, Iris/Women (network for the women of Iris) and IRise (network for Black employees).
