A Breath of Fresh Air

In 2017 we were recruited by Haven, operator of 40 UK family holiday parks.

As Haven’s lead strategic and creative agency, we delivered a new brand platform, ‘A breath of fresh air’ designed to reposition the brand and broaden appeal to a wider group of consumers.

We focused on the refreshing escape from stressful life Haven Holidays can symbolise for families by celebrating freedom by the coast with Haven as the antidote to modern life.

Kicking off with a 40 second TV spot, the light-hearted and humorous film follows two little girls travelling around a holiday park on a go-kart — encompassing the huge range of activities that Haven has to offer.

The TV campaign, generating a 6% increase in bookings alone, encouraged families all over the country to head to one of Haven’s holiday parks.

Alongside the TVC, the creative formed part of a wider strategy and ran across radio, brochures, online, CRM and press advertising — gaining extensive media coverage from The Telegraph, The Sun, Independent, The Metro, the BBC, The Daily Mail & Unilad.

Our PR and Social teams worked side by side to deliver the social strategy, community management, and introduce Haven to influencers that have put the brand at the heart of key online parenting conversations.
