Unlocking potential through customization

Samsung Knox has been the gold-standard mobile security solution for over 10 years. But since then, the product has evolved into an all-in-one enterprise mobility management solution. Samsung wanted to raise awareness of Knox’s versatility within their key verticals: media publishers, education, frontline and telecommunications.

These verticals are dominated by few really big fish per market. So we proposed to go fishing – but with spears not with nets. By designing a highly targeted, highly customized B2B account-based experience (ABX) program.

We created a pilot campaign for one key vertical in one market. All campaign assets, such as social ads, display ads, landing pages and nurture e-mails were customized entirely to the five largest target accounts. To ensure high quality leads, we are collaborating with state-of-the-art content syndication and ABM providers, globally.

Partnering with a top-tier global telemarketing agency takes the burden of lead qualification off the Samsung sales teams, enabling their focus on the hottest leads only.

We enabled 15 sales conversations with Director+ level decision makers of the UK’s largest publishing houses.

While the pilot served as a blueprint, it has since gone on to show success in four additional core markets, with more regions – and verticals – to come. Iris concepts, creates, deploys and hosts these campaigns end-to-end for Samsung.
