We understand the significance of tackling the gender pay gap, which underscores the discrepancy in earnings between male and female employees within our organisation.  

This challenge is influenced by various factors such as representation, senior role distribution, advancement opportunities, and biases in recruitment and promotion. 

Aligned with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, and as part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we annually collect and disclose data on our gender pay gap within the same year.
