In April 2021, FlixMobility and Iris Germany started their collaboration to promote the launch of new FlixTrain routes in Germany and Sweden, establishing Iris as Flix’ lead strategic and creative agency.
Iris Germany was chosen after a four-stage pitch in a workshop format. The selection process was designed and managed for Flix by cherrypicker from Hamburg, one of the world's leading agency management consultancies.
Iris was chosen for their compelling strategic and creative thinking, as well as the wide range of expertise and services: from communication strategy, creative ideation and campaign development to data-driven marketing. Iris will also support Flix in production of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) communication assets.
FlixTrain is expanding their network in Germany, now connecting even more major cities and introducing the first route in Sweden, from Stockholm to Gothenburg. The campaign “Flix it!” will be launching on June 14th. Flix and Iris developed a series of short TV commercials, that highlight the striking benefits that FlixTrain provides: great value for money, as well as easy booking and travel experience that customers love about FlixBus, which is now also available on many new routes with FlixTrain.
