To celebrate Mother’s Day on the 10^th March and National Working Mums Day on the 12^th March – Our Iris Women’s network has launched an internal campaign - ‘Never Guilty Of Being A Mum’.

The campaign was birthed off the insight of “Mum Guilt”. A guilt that some Mothers can feel whilst pursuing their career after having kids and the guilt that can surround certain scenarios that will naturally occur as a working mum.

In this campaign our Iris Women network wanted to recognise the fabulous jobs that working Mums do both in and out of work hours. And reassure that no Mum should ever feel guilty when it comes to childcare priorities when balancing work.
