MINI needed to create a global standard to support media mix modelling impact on lead and sales performance.

Working with MINI Global, we built a consolidated data and Business Intelligence environment taking numerous 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data inputs across sales, search, CRM, social, media, and retail.

The environment enabled us to undertake a range of data visualisation, modelling and analytics, driving business and marketing performance optimisation.

Over 17 markets adopted the marketing intelligence platform. We worked with MINI to develop an ambitious 3 year roadmap to move beyond reporting and insight into predictive analytics, aiming to embed predictive models into key channels and platforms (eCRM, DMP, Web).
